Is my customer data safe in PlumberFile?

How is billing handled?
All paid subscriptions are managed through Google Play Billing. You can view, change, or cancel your plan at any time from Google Play → Subscriptions. Payment card details never leave Google's systems.
Do I need an internet connection to use the app?
An internet connection is required to sign in, sync data, and use the AI assistant. Most core features — viewing existing jobs, customers, and photos — remain available when you briefly go offline on-site; updates sync once you're back online.
